Founded in April 1992 Central Axle Services (MIDLANDS) Ltd in a small workshop in central Birmingham. It was at this time we realised that there was a need in the market for a skilled vehicle transmission repair company that could supply the local public and garage trade as well as the larger fleet operator.
After only a short space of time and a lot of hard work we were amazed at the demand for our services. Extra staff were employed to help cope with demand and we soon outgrew our premises.
From our original premises we moved to a new location in 1994 and have remained there to date.
With the extra space available vehicle-lifting ramps were installed for the removal and replacement of transmissions so that it is possible to offer a complete in house service.
